Full-Day Kindergarten Coming in 2026–27
Beginning with the 2026–27 school year, Batavia Public School District 101 will offer full-day kindergarten for all students. This shift provides more time for learning, play, and social-emotional growth, while creating a consistent daily schedule for children and families. The move to full-day kindergarten reflects our commitment to meeting the developmental needs of young learners and supporting their success as they begin their educational journey.
Have a child turning 5 years old by September 1, 2026? Enrollment is open for Kindergarten 2026-27. All families are encouraged to enroll via our Enrollment Portal. Don’t delay! Enroll by Friday, March 27 to receive an invitation to a “Sneak Peek” at your child’s school.
